Terms and Conditions

This website and any mobile application  (collectively, this “Site”) is owned by Willowberry and Co., LLC. (“We”, “Us” or “Willowberry and Co., LLC”)  are providing you with access to this Site and our online store (together, our “Services”) subject to the following terms and conditions.  By browsing, accessing, using, registering for or purchasing merchandise on this Site or otherwise using our Services, you are agreeing to all of the following terms and conditions, including any policies referred to herein (collectively, these “Terms”). So, please read these Terms carefully. We reserve the right to change this Site and these Terms at any time. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms‚ you should not browse, access‚ use‚ register for or purchase merchandise from the Site.  You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or visiting this Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges require a Willowberry and Co. receipt.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  Returns and exchanges may be made within 30 days of receiving our merchandise.  Opened items are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.  Please contact Willowberry and Co. for instructions on returning, refunding or exchanging items.

 

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated by the carrier.   We are not held responsible for any theft or damage that occurs if your package is delivered when you are not home. Customers are responsible for shipping or handling charges incurred in the event of a refused or returned package because no one was able to accept it. Customers are responsible for paying a reship fee if a shipping address is entered incorrectly. 

 

International Customers and Brokerage/Customs Fees:

​International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees that a shipment may incur. We are unable to determine the amount of these fees before shipping to you. Any shipment returned to us due to rejection by customs will not be refunded. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import restrictions and requirements prior to placing you order with us.

 

ORDER TURNAROUND TIME:

Our orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, unless an item is unexpectedly out of stock. If there is a delay in your shipment we will let you know.

Orders are shipped via USPS Standard or UPS Ground.  

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

At times a product may be out of stock by the times your order is received.  We will notify you in this rare instance, partial shipments can be made while the item(s) are being re-stocked.​

 

MY ORDER WAS NOT RECEIVED / MY ORDER WAS RECEIVED DAMAGED:

Please contact us at orders@willowberryandco.com if your product arrives damaged or if your order was incorrect.  If the product was damaged while in transit we will require documentation to support your claim and photos of the damage will be required in an email format within 3 days of receiving damaged products.  All of our ingredients are sourced naturally therefore will have variations in color, aroma + texture.

 ++ Please note that we do not offer replacements for products in shipments that are shown as "delivered" in tracking updates, nor do we replace products for shipments sent to incorrect addresses. 

 

PAYMENT PROCESSING:

In the event of a problem with your payment when we are processing your order we will contact you. If we are not able to reach you within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

We do not store credit card information.  We cannot add items to existing orders.
